Do you have a service or product that you would like to offer for trade?
After spending time social networking on LinkedIn and other social networking business communities, it didn’t take long for me to see that most everyone is on their for one reason. We are all looking for new business! Especially those who are in the early stages, looking to get their businesses off the ground.
It is the biggest challenge that we have: attracting new customers or clients for our products or services.
This is how I came up with the idea of trading business products or services! If you are looking for new customers, you could get them by trading your service, for another person’s product or service that you could use.
There are many benefits to trading our business services:
- Attract new business and gain customers
- Gain valuable experience
- Gather testimonials
- Obtain new referrals
- Receive something that you need for ‘free’ instead of coming out of pocket
- Great way for us to support each other as entrepreneurs, who are all looking to grow our businesses
As you might now, barter and trading has been around for a long time. There are many online sites that are set up for people to trade almost anything. I am offering to host a business trading exchange here on my website. There are no fees or commissions to me. I am offering this as a free service. I will also be offering my own business coaching and consulting services for trade.
